recommended browser requirements:
Browser
language and character set requirements:
The Cisco Networking Academy Program supports
several languages. To properly view these
languages (including English), you will have to
change your browser's character set. Simply
follow the instructions listed below:
Netscape
- Clear your browser's temporary cache by
going to the top menu of your browser and
select Edit > Preferences Then expand the
[Advanced] options and select Cache > Clear
Memory Cache AND Clear Disc Cache Then go to
the [Navigator] options and select Clear
History (under [History]).
- Change your browser's language encoding
by going to the menu at the top of your
browser and select View > Character Set >
Unicode (UTF-8)
Then select View > Character Set > Set

- Clear your browser's temporary cache by
going to the top menu of your browser and
select Tools > Internet Options > [General]
tab > Delete Files (under [Temporary
Internet Files]) and Clear History (under
